Q: Is there a substitute for the Pristine Blue program?
A: There is no substitute for Pristine Blue. Though several companies have tried to reverse engineer the product line, none have been successful. Some products with a similar chemical make up can be used for a while but problems appear over time. The entire Pristine Blue line-up is essential to prevent staining and algae control.
Q: Is Pristine Blue repackaged under another brand name or private label (such as a generic)?
A: No.
Q: I bought an Intex pool from Wal Mart and I need parts, can you help?
A: We have replacement filters as well as replacement and upgraded pumps and filters for yoru Intex pool.
Q: What do you sell?
A: Above ground pools, hot tubs, pool and spa chemicals, pool and spa equipment including motors and pumps. We carry all Polaris pool cleaner parts as well as a variety of pool cleaners. We can provide you with any product connected to your outdoor pool from toys, floaters to safety devices to protect your swimmers.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We opened almost 19 years ago in March of 1993.
Q: Can I bring my water in for testing?
A: Please do, we offer free water testing, analysis and professional recommendations.
Q: What is the advantage of above ground swimming pools?
A: The Initial investment on an above ground pool is more affordable than an in-ground pool. The pool can be installed quicker and more affordably. If you move to a new home your above ground pool can move with you. Additionally, the above ground pool installation will not increase your property taxes.
Q: How deep are above ground pools?
A: They can be installed to a depth of 7 feet.
Q: Do I need a building permit to install an above ground pool or spa?
A: Not in most cases. In addition your home is not assessed for the value of an above ground pool. As a result your property taxes are not increased.
Q Do you have any spas that require 110 plug in power?
A: Absolutely! Check out the duraspa line we have on display including the Cypress the G2 or teh new G6.
Q: Do I need a special installer for my spa?
A: We can deliver and place your spa where desired. You may need a licensed electrician to connect to power unless you are prepared to wire it yourself. Several of our spas simply require a 110 power outlet and no assistance is needed.
Q: Are spas expensive?
A: No! Spas are very reasonably priced and the benefits are many and last for years. We have a few in the $3,000 range. Enjoyment can be had by all.
Q: What if my new spa seems too small?
A: We offer full upgrade within the first 30 days of your spa purchase, excluding pick up or delivery.
Q: How do I know what my pool pump costs to operate monthly?
